Note: The prices below are nightly rates per villa. There is a 3-night minimum stay except for Christmas/NewYears which is a 7 night minimum stay. * Small boats are available for guest use pending competency test and weather conditions. Golf carts are available for guest us with valid drivers license. Must be 18 years of age to drive carts and boats.

** Up to two additional guests may be accommodated on a pull out sofa. Additional guests will be charged as follows: under two - free; 2- 16 $105/night; over 16 $500/night.
